"We do our regular shop here each week, buying only sundry items at the “supermarkets”. Doing this for over a decade. But lately, getting quite cheesed off that certain lines (mineral water, salad dressings, and more) remain out of stock for months on end. The trolleys are managed by a separate company and it seems ALDI is not imposing a good service standard on that company because they are more often than not sitting in the carpark, instead of in the shop; quite often full of junk, quite often broken. What is that company actually doing? Not happy having to fetch trolleys from the carpark week after week after week because the trolley company doesn’t turn up until midday."
